Returns
As a consumer, you have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel it.
For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in the complete original packaging (wrapping, label, etc.)
- Clean and unworn
- Not damaged / deteriorated
- Accompanied by the corresponding original invoice
All products personalized at the customer's request, such as jerseys or training products with personalized flocking (including players' names), will not be exchanged or refunded.
Christmas sweaters will not be exchanged or refunded.
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return package or refund.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You can return your order by going to a bpost or Mondial Relay point (by creating a return label on the carrier's website beforehand or on site)
Please download our return form below and include it in your package after completing it first.
