Orders without customization will be prepared and shipped (not delivered) within 4 business days (Tuesday to Saturday for Mondial Relay, and Tuesday to Friday for Bpost). Orders with customization will be prepared and shipped (not delivered) within 7 business days.
For withdrawals from the Fanshop
Orders without customization will be prepared within 4 working days, if there is customization within 7 working days.
Order tracking is not available for this delivery method.
You will receive an email informing you when your order is ready. Please bring this proof with you when you pick it up.
For Bpost shipments in Belgium
Shipping costs are €8.50 for all orders and orders are delivered between 24 and 48 hours after receipt of the order.
For Mondial Relay shipments in Belgium
Shipping costs are €6.50 for all orders and orders are delivered between 48 and 72 hours after receipt of the order.
For international shipments
The cost and time of transport depend on the destination country.
